*****IMPORTANT EXAM SCHEDULE INFORMATION*****

If we miss school during exams because of inclement/severe weather the exam schedule [exams/exam periods] for the day missed will be moved to the end of the exam calendar.

Only the day or days missed would move to the end of the published exam schedule. Whatever day we return we would be on the schedule as we have already published.

For example, if we miss tomorrow, Thursday, 7 January, the exam schedule for that day will be moved to the next available date after the published exam schedule. In this example, Thursday’s exam schedule [Periods 1 & 6] would be rescheduled to Wednesday, 20 January. If we come back to school on Friday, 8 January, we will be on the exam schedule [Periods 2 & 5] already published for the 8th of January.

We will make announcements after lunch today and at the end of the school day REMINDING STUDENTS TO TAKE STUDY MATERIALS HOME FOR BOTH TOMORROW AND FOR FRIDAY.

TEACHERS WILL MAKE THE SAME ANNOUNCEMENTS TO THEIR CLASSES TODAY.

By the way, a 2 HOUR DELAY schedule will not affect the exams scheduled for that day. We will shorten the other periods and provide for a full period for the scheduled exams for that day.
