The mission of Jeffersonville High School is to guide all students in the development of pertinent communication skills in all curricular areas, essential problem solving skills and critical thinking skills in all curricular areas, and behaviors consistent with those of competent and successful members of society.

Belief Statements

• All students, parents (or guardians), school staff, school corporation officials, and the community share responsibility in the learning process;
• Students and parents (or guardians) must be actively engaged and responsible for the students' academic success;
• Positive parental attitudes and involvement improve student success and decrease student apathy;
• All students and adults in the building deserve to be treated with respect in all aspects of teaching and learning;
• All students should be provided with a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment;
• All students can learn, but learn in different ways and at different rates.
