Mission Statement
The Mission of River Valley Middle School is to create an environment in which our diverse student population can acquire the skills, knowledge and responsibilities necessary to become productive citizens in an ever-changing world.

- Congratulations to the cast and crew of FAME!, Jr. It was an another successful year for theater at RVMS!
- Congratulations to the Swim and Dive team. They won the Clark/ Foyd Championships. First place finishes by Jeremiah P. and Ian E.
- Congratulations to the River Valley Middle School Choirs and their Director, Lauren Zurlage, they performed Saturday at Jeff High School for the Indiana State School Music Association and received Division I Gold Plaques.
- 6th Grade choir performed in Group III, receiving a Gold Plaque
- 7th/8th Grade Choir performed at the hardest level, Group I, receiving a Gold Plaque
